Wednesday, November 04, 2009 02:46 pm | Dwight the answer is yes.I have had the compu fire system for six years and the battery tender works fine on it.Matter of fact it is hooked up right now.Just make sure you have a sealed battery. If you have a wet cell battery you could have some of the liquid evaporate so be sure to check the battery once a month. |

Far better quality than the HF units. Schumacher is a world leader in battery charger equipment. The HF unit is a cheap POS...appropriate for door prizes. The Battery Tender brand is a good unit, but way overpriced. Ride safe. |

The Harbor Freight items can't hold a candle, performance wise, to any of the units from Schumacher, Deltran, Yuasa, Optimate, or Xtreme Charge. In this case, you really do get what you pay for.
