Tuesday, November 03, 2009 06:21 pm | When I acquired my 89 Wing several years ago, the lower lights were not working, replaced the bulbs and vola working cornering lights. I would like to convert them to running lights now, I find I don't need cornering lights. How do I do this? |

You could trigger it from a relay either by the accessory terminal or a switch. HERE is a kit. Or You could keep the cornering lights and install a separate accessory driving light kit. Now they will be on all the time. I went one step further by running the wires up to two seperate switches and back down to each relay. Now I have the option or full time running lights OR normally acdting cornering lights. As the others have stated, these are pointed down and out but still add conspicuity to your bike to oncoming traffic. It helps them Identify you as a non 4 wheeler (triangular light set up in front). |
